Cookie Policy
We use necessary storage to remember your privacy and accessibility choices. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to improve our website. You can browse and book whether you accept or refuse analytics.

Your choice
Use the cookie notice to accept analytics, reject optional storage or customise your preference. Closing the notice keeps optional analytics disabled. Your choice lasts six calendar months unless it is changed, cleared or the notice requires a new decision. You can review it at any time through Cookie settings.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. Advertising features remain disabled. We measure page visits, booking-link clicks and availability searches without sending the dates, guest counts or discount code entered in the calendar. A click or search is not a confirmed reservation. Where compatible settings are present, a temporary link parameter connects visits between our website and booking service.
Changing your preference
Withdrawing analytics consent removes accessible Google Analytics cookies belonging to this website and reloads the page to stop its analytics tag. It does not delete information previously received by Google or cookies on other domains. If your browser cannot save preferences, your choice still applies during the current visit and may need to be selected again later.
Google Maps
Our Google Map loads automatically when you reach the map section, including if you decline analytics cookies. Google receives your IP address and browser information when the map loads and may use its own cookies. Google manages this information under its privacy policy.
Booking service
Our booking calendar and booking links open the Domus Bella reservation service, provided by WebHotelier, in a new tab. Your selected dates, number of guests and any discount code are sent directly to that service. The website starts with one room and no infants; you can change these options on the booking service. Availability, prices, child charges, cancellation terms and payment conditions are shown there before you confirm a reservation. We do not collect payment-card details on this website. The booking service has its own privacy notice and cookie settings.
